New Citizen Feedback Tool Launched

Arvada Fire is excited to announce a new tool for the community to provide feedback to our agency.

We will be sending out text message surveys after certain types of interactions with 911 and Arvada Fire. Each optional survey will be just a few questions about how satisfied you are and ask for feedback. This may be after low-priority 911 calls or certain types of calls for service. The surveys may be sent a few hours or a few days after the interaction depending on the type of incident and will not be sent at late or early hours. Not everyone will receive a survey and residents that do not want to participate can simply not respond or let the department know in advance by calling 303-424-3012.

Your feedback is important to us and we want to know how we are doing! We also want to be able to provide positive feedback to our responders and to know if something can be improved.

The survey cannot be used to report any type of emergency.
